These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the AU-facing online gambling service available via roolibet-au.com (also referred to in these Terms as "Rooli Casino") and your use of all real-money gaming products and related services offered on that website (together, the "Services"). - User or Player means any natural person who registers an account, accesses, or uses the Services on the Website.
- Account means a personal betting and gaming account opened by a Player with the Operator through the Website.

Account Creation Process

- Each Player may hold only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts may lead to closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of Bonuses and winnings associated with them.

User Obligations and Account Security

Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules for Placing Bets
- Bets are accepted only via the Website and only from your Account balance (Real-Money Balance and/or Bonus Funds, as applicable). Bets cannot be placed by phone, email, or any other means.
- The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each Game are displayed in the Game interface or relevant Game rules and may vary between Games and between real-money and bonus play.

Errors, Malfunctions and Voided Bets
- If a Game, system, or software malfunction occurs, any affected Bets may be voided and the original stake returned to your Account, or the Game may be restored to the last error-free state, at the Operator's reasonable discretion.
- Obvious errors in odds, payouts, Game configuration, or account balances ("palpable errors") may lead to correction or voiding of affected Bets, with stakes returned, even after settlement.
- In case of network interruptions, Game disconnections, or similar technical issues, the outcome of any completed Game round will stand as recorded; incomplete rounds will generally be treated according to the specific Game rules (e.g., automatically completed by the RNG or cancelled and refunded).
Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play
- You must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, use of bots or automated tools, exploitation of Game bugs, or any behaviour intended to gain an unfair advantage.
- Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or irregular play may lead to cancellation of Bets, forfeiture of winnings, Bonus cancellation, suspension or closure of your Account, and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Where the Website provides chat or live interaction features (e.g., in live casino), you must:
- Refrain from insulting, harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other Players, dealers, or staff.

Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions

Activation, Wagering and Timeframes

- Unless otherwise stated, standard Wagering Requirements apply:

Limitation of Liability

Exclusions of Liability

- Any loss arising from viruses, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or other harmful material that may affect your equipment, software, or data;

- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business, reputation, or data.

Limitation and Cap on Liability

- Subject to the above, where the Operator is found liable to you in connection with a particular Bet or Game, its maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of the stake placed on that Bet or Game, or the amount of funds in your Real-Money Balance at the relevant time, whichever is lower.
- For any other claim not related to a specific Bet or Game, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Services during any twelve (12) month period shall be limited to the lesser of:

Intellectual Property Rights

Termination & Suspension
Termination by the Player
- You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support or using any available self-service Account closure tools on the Website.
- Upon closure, any remaining Real-Money Balance (excluding Bonuses and funds subject to restrictions) will be returned to you, subject to successful KYC, completion of security checks, and any applicable withdrawal limits.
Termination or Suspension by the Operator
- The Operator may suspend or close your Account, or restrict your access to the Services, in whole or in part, if:
- You breach these Terms or any other applicable policy or promotion rules;
- The Operator reasonably suspects fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other criminal or improper activity;

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
